He's had a wild ride, and now sex club owner Josh Scott is looking for a change of scene. But first, he's determined to bring two friends together, and he's willing to be a third wheel to move things along...

Beth Norris is eager to be set up with hot bartender Oliver Stephenson, but she's equally attracted to matchmaker Josh. Soon she's fantasizing about both men at once—and about being the one to call the shots in the encounter...

Ready to move on with his life post-divorce, Oliver is conflicted by the realization that he's attracted to women and men. Or more specifically, to Beth and Josh. He tries to keep his distance, but it's not long before the chemistry between the trio combusts in a night of mind-blowing sex.

In the light of day, it's clear something deeper than desire is growing between Josh, Beth and Oliver. But though Josh has helped others find love in unconventional relationships, is he willing to take a chance on one himself?
My Thoughts:
Finally, Josh's story... I had this book sitting in my TBR pile.  I was burnt out of holiday romance and all ( I know bah humbub, but after awhile you must move on) and I wanted to read something more vampier, more erotic.  This book was down right sizzling, enough to melt the snow in the North Pole.. yikes, this was exactly what I needed!

In the previous books of the Long Shots series: Double Shot, A Shot in the Dark,  and Pulled Long, Josh has been portrayed having a dark, hidden side and to be perfectly honest this carried on into half of this book.  It wasn't until the middle of the book did we learn about Josh, his parents and what inner demons he had lurking himself himself.

Beth, you may have remembered her she is the one caught getting kinky on the counter of the coffee shop... well after she gets fired for that (you think?) she ends up at Mavericks.  One of the few new characters introduced is Oliver... Ollie ~ don't call me that.

The three flirt and fantasize about each other for a good part of the beginning.. that and through of series of hit and misses signals, they finally join together...  once again Christine heats up my kindle... wickedly good steamy sex scenes..

As Josh regresses into his dark side, he pushes away both Beth and Oliver... thinking he was doing this for their own good or possibly for before they left him... Thank goodness, both Beth and Oliver know a good thing when it happens and together they convince Josh that it is better to face things together then apart. And if you are lucky in love grab that chance and hold on tight... 'cuz nothing better than double the lovin'..

Have you read the first three books in the series?  I don't think you need to before you read this one, but again, all were good and I wouldn't want you to miss out on this series.  This review is in exchange for an honest review...
