'Tis the season for...
•A matchmaking grandma on a long-disantance mission
•Mistletoe temptation in every doorway
•A sexy cowboy with a killer smile
Commitment! It made Sage run the other way. It made Creed shudder. But Sage's granny, the Widow Presley, was determined to get her granddaughter a cowboy for Christmas. And who better than Creed, the man interested in purchasing the widow's Rockin' C Ranch?
The fact that a three-day blizzard was blowing in just made things all the better. A person can't run from commitment when they're snowed in, now can they?
My Thoughts:
I love reading holiday romance books, it's that time of year that I search for any and all holiday theme books.  I stumbled across this at netGalley.  And to be perfectly honest, yes it was the cover that caught my eye.  And it was double the pleasure since it was a Christmas themed book, too.

The premise of the book is Widow Presley is wanting to sell her ranch.  She makes arrangements with the buyer, Creed, he must stay at the ranch for a bit and if he keeps things afloat until she returns, Widow Presley will sell the ranch to him.  Sage, her Widow Presley's granddaughter,  is driving through a blizzard to make sure that doesn't happen.  Well you can guess the rest,  Sage and Creed end up snowed in and it is not just the fireplace that is melting things.  The sparks fly between these two.

Don't miss out on this one, it is sure to warm your hearts!!  I think "cowboys" are giving my "highlanders" are run for their money. I am finding myself reading more cowboy romances lately. If I am not drooling over a man in a kilt, I find myself swooning for a man tight jeans and cowboy hat. :) I am looking forward to reading more books by Mrs. Brown.
I received this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I am a sucker for holiday theme books and cowboys..this sounds delightful. Does it matter that I haven't read the other books? Do they work as standalones Kat?

@kimbacaffeinateI didn't read the prior books. This was a stand alone to me. I did however like this one so much that I am making a Wish List of the previous books in this series :) I have an ARC for the next one "Just a Cowboy and His Baby" by Carolyn Brown.
Thanks for stopping by!!
